My key takeaway from this unit is that my journey is unique to me and I have full control of the experience I get from the things that happens in my life. I can be negative and become a victim or I can choose to see all the things that happened to me as positive. Coming from an Asian background, there is a great social pressure to be just like everyone else and people gossip a lot if you do things differently. For example, my uncle always tell me I jump jobs too much and it's best to stay on a job for longer term. His reasons and justifications will be different from mine so there is no comparison. I'm much more confident about my choices, priorities and path now. It's not about having the perfect life but living life to the fullest!

Grace I wanted to click the heart icon 20 times reading that!!!! This way of thinking is applicable to all areas of life and I love that you're already seeing how it plays out and how you can use this to allow other people to have their thoughts - and what may be right for them - but appreciate that their comments are not necessarily right for you. This just frees up your mental or emotional energy so much and allows you to think more clearly and make decisions for your life that are in alignment with who YOU are.
Thank you for sharing your key takeaway. xx
