well i have never thought about myself in the third person let alone written my bio in so many words..i found it easier to write then if i was just explaining myself. Actually even a FUN exercise, and a bit interesting what came out as i let my pen and thoughts flow. As i pondered the one word to describe yourself exercise, the word Surrealist popped into my mind. As i promised myself i would go with the flow in this course, i accepted that, wrote it down and googled the meaning:

an artist or writer who is an exponent of the avant-garde movement in art and literature which sought to release the creative potential of the unconscious mind.

Interesting. will see where that takes me :)

I love that!!

I love that you're letting it just flow, first of all. And I love that you held onto the word Surrealist! Amazing!!

"...release the creative potential of the unconscious mind" - that just makes my heart smile, right there!

I am certainly interested to see where this takes you!

I usually struggle when I get asked questions like this and would just sit there not knowing what to write. I can't even bring myself to write my Linkedin profile because I'm scared of what people would judge of me! However, after the meditation, I found myself being able to just write and write. My headline for this exercise is compassion. I find that I'm all about connecting with people, helping them and being creative with solutions.
