We start with yin, each pose coupled with questions for you to ponder. This is time to consider how you'd like your 2021 to be. In between each pose, time is provided for you to write down your thoughts, insights and goals.
With a list of goals in hand, and a richer clarity around how you'd like your 2021 to unfold, we come in meditation so we may deeply embed these goals and wishes into 2021.
