A series of yoga techniques for deep relaxation.  

In this series you will find a pranayama (breathing exercise) practice, yin yoga to relax your whole nervous system and a one hour guided meditation just to be certain that there is zero stress left in your system!


This series includes

  • 8 minute pranayama (which is free to view)

  • 33 minute floor based yin sequence

  • 59 minute guided meditation.

The introduction video plus the first practice, the breathing exercise, is free to view before you even purchase the course. Once you have purchased the course, you have ongoing access to all three classes in this series for continued stress relief.
