A series of two yoga classes for your digestive health.  

This series includes a yin yoga practice, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, to work with meridian lines which influence a the stomach, spleen, small and large intestines and colon. The Yoga Nidra guided meditation then invites both your conscious awareness as well as your sub-conscious mind to work with any imbalances on a completely different level. 


This series includes

  • 48 minute floor based yin sequence

  • 55 minute guided meditation

Once you have purchased the course, you have ongoing access to both classes in this series for continuing improvement of your digestive wellbeing.
