A series of two yoga classes for your digestive health.  

This series includes a yin yoga practice, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, to work with meridian lines which influence and aim to bring balance back to the stomach, spleen, small and large intestines and colon. The Yoga Nidra guided meditation then invites both your conscious awareness as well as your sub-conscious mind to work with any imbalances on a completely different level. 


This series includes

  • 48 minute floor based yin sequence

  • 55 minute guided meditation

Once you have purchased the course, you have ongoing access to both classes in this series for continuing improvement of your digestive wellbeing.
