I facilitate a style of Yoga Nidra called Integrative Restoration, or iRest, which is a meditative practice for deep relaxation and healing. The practice has been developed especially to work with people who have both depression and post traumatic stress, although you don't need to have either of these to experience the vast benefits which this practice offers.
This is a guided practice, meaning I will be talking and guiding you through the whole meditation. If you are an experienced meditator or an absolute beginner, this practice is suitable for you.
7:30-8:30pm each Thursday starting 20th February. The four dates are:
