About the Event
Two and a half hours of focused attention on you – your mind, body and your goals.
Yin. Intention setting. Meditation.
We start with yin, each pose coupled with questions for you to ponder. This is time to consider how you'd like your 2024 to be. In between each pose, there will be time to write down your thoughts, insights and goals.
With a list of goals in hand, and a richer clarity around how you'd like your 2024 to unfold, we come in meditation so we may deeply embed these goals and wishes into 2024.
