In each yin pose, Sherrie will guide you into bigger thinking about each individual area of life. For two hours, you will rewire your thinking and perceptions to exactly match what you would like in life. Specifically, you’ll be focusing on what you want in 2025. There will be time in, between each pose, to write down your thoughts, insights and goals.
