We each hold beliefs about ourselves and about the world which flavours our perception of reality. These perceptions impact the decisions that we make, and thus the results we experience in our life.

Beliefs are born from psychological, spiritual, familial, social, and cultural conditioning. Some of these beliefs can be self-limiting. Self-limiting beliefs can make us feel so many unwanted emotions: nervous, anxious, dissatisfied, frustrated, small, unworthy of achieving our goals and dreams, and even unable to conceive big goals and dreams!
