About the Event

Often the biggest improvements to people’s freedom and mobility is when we release the hips. Hips can be notoriously tight and, if neglected, very quickly stiffen and impede life as we know it. This is why we need to nurture and rejuvenate this area of our body which allows this freedom. 

If you’re a surfer, runner, labourer, or someone who sits down for their job, this is for you. If you are simply someone who would like to feel greater freedom in your hips, this is for you. 

This two-hour, comprehensive yin sequence offers deep hydration and nutrification of the tendons, ligaments, bones and muscles which make up and are connected to your hips.
