I offer a variety of programs including corporate team workshops, stress reduction, emotional release, guided meditation, mindfulness meditation plus both hatha and yin yoga.

Programs are offered as one-off events, virtual meetups, multi-day programs or residential retreats.

Executives Retreat

Executives Retreats are for corporate leaders who would benefit from removing themselves from their day-to-day environment in order to reset their system.

These retreats are catered toward a physical, emotional and mental reset, returning leaders back to work with:

  •     improved clarity of thinking and decision making 

  •     greater performance and efficiency

  •     refreshed attitude and inspiration

  •     calm adrenals and a balanced nervous system

  •     new stress management techniques

  •     a renewed sense of self and therefore relateability


Retreats include stress management tools such as dynamic movement classes, floor-based stretching, breathing techniques, guided meditation and mindfulness meditation. Every attendee additionally receives three one-hour one-on-one private consultations post-retreat to reinforce new techniques gained as well as confidentially work through challenges and any specific stress triggers, be they business or personal.

Experiential Workshops (Corporate and Personal)

These 'roll up your sleeves and get in there' group workshops are over one to four sessions, the length varying with the workshop topic and tailored to suit your group's requirements.

Corporate Presentations

A conversational style talk on varying aspects of emotional intelligence, based on science and then related on a practical level. 

​This talk will introduce employees to valuable interpersonal tools by  allowing them to gain understanding in the physiological equation of emotions – what they are, biologically, the mechanics of how they work and what that means for how we are able to handle ourselves.

 

Attendees will learn simple techniques to apply which can be used in the workplace on a day to day basis. All presentations aim to improve employees' self-management, providing more focus and efficiency as a result.

Two Hour Yin Yoga & Meditation Classes

I facilitate a style of Yoga Nidra called Integrative Restoration, or iRest, which is an immensely powerful meditation technique for deep relaxation and healing for both mind and body. Click through for more information.
