I offer a variety of programs including corporate team workshops, stress reduction, emotional release, guided meditation, mindfulness meditation plus both hatha and yin yoga.
Programs are offered as one-off events, virtual meetups, multi-day programs or residential retreats.

We start with yin, each pose coupled with questions for you to ponder about where you want to take your life. In between each pose, there will be time to write down your thoughts, insights and intentions. This is time to consider how you’d like your life to unfold.
With a list of goals in hand, and a richer clarity around your future, we come in meditation so we may deeply embed these goals and wishes into your reality.
Yin & Meditation Retreat

Executives Retreats are for corporate leaders who would benefit from removing themselves from their day-to-day environment in order to reset their system.
These retreats are catered toward a physical, emotional and mental reset, returning leaders back to work with:

Retreats include stress management tools such as dynamic movement classes, floor-based stretching, breathing techniques, guided meditation and mindfulness meditation. Every attendee additionally receives three one-hour one-on-one private consultations post-retreat to reinforce new techniques gained as well as confidentially work through challenges and any specific stress triggers, be they business or personal.

30 Day Winter Wellness - Body, Heart & Mind
Starts 2nd July
A month-long focus of a yogic lifestyle – meditation, asana practice and self-study. Our aim is to spend 30 consecutive days ‘in practice’, both in studio and at home, to create a habit for a healthier you.
We open with an exclusive two hour class of Hatha graduating into Yin. You’ll learn about the mindbody connection and gain simple techniques you can use to balance your emotions and bring equilibrium into your health — physically and mentally — thereby boosting your immune system as a result.
You will be encouraged and supported with a weekly email which includes home practices and meditations to help you gain greater balance and resilience.
To close our 30 days, we come back together for another two hour class of Yin graduating into a deep Yoga Nidra meditation.

A conversational style talk on varying aspects of emotional intelligence, based on science and then related on a practical level.
This talk will introduce employees to valuable interpersonal tools by allowing them to gain understanding in the physiological equation of emotions – what they are, biologically, the mechanics of how they work and what that means for how we are able to handle ourselves.
Attendees will learn simple techniques to apply which can be used in the workplace on a day to day basis. All presentations aim to improve employees' self-management, providing more focus and efficiency as a result.
